She was born in 1985 in Athens. She studied at the Higher Professional Dance School of Despina G. Grigoriadou. At the same time, she completed her studies at the Department of Theater Studies of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
In 2010 she also completed her postgraduate studies “Master Of Arts” in Surrey, England.
In 2011-2012 she was a member of the professional dance group “Amanda Selwyn Dance Theatre” in New York. She attended seminars and took part in performances in both London and New York.
She is a choreographer in the dance group “Katharis”.
She participated as a dancer in the opening ceremony of the Athens Olympic Games in 2004. She has been teaching non-stop since 2005 in various schools in Athens ballet, contemporary, hip-hop, etc.She has been teaching at the school of Fokas Evagelinos from 2012 until today.
