Dear parents and members

We would like to inform you of the basic rules of operation of the school, with the sole purpose of its orderly operation, as well as honest and smooth cooperation between us throughout the school year.

  1. Our school belongs to the English Academy of Dance and exams are conducted for Ballet system (RAD & ISTD), Modern system (ISTD), Flamenco system (SDS) and Latin system (UKA). The exams are optional. The students who will take part will be selected by Fokas Evagelinos,   in collaboration with the tutor team and the teaching professor. The participant must not  had more than 10 absences throughout the year.
  2. Students must come to class in clothes of the respective class. Hair must be tied up in all classes (in a bun) strictly for ballet class.
  3. It is forbidden for students to enter in the classrooms with the shoes they wear outside and they should use special dance shoes, depending on their class.
  4. Please notify in case of absence of the child or when he has to leave earlier with another companion.
  5. In case of a change of home address or telephone number, as well as for any problem, the parents or guardians of the students are requested to inform the school  immediately.
  6. Not allowed: a. For parents or friends to enter the classroom (except during open lessons). b. Using  mobile phones during the lesson. c. Refreshments and food in the hall, class and changing rooms. d. For the lessons you  should come 10 minutes earlier for warm-up. The duration of the course is 50 minutes. e) Smoking in the school premises.
  7. Please do not bring any valuables with you. In case of loss, the school bears no responsibility.Anyone who uses a locker can lock it and leave their key at the secretary office. In case of  takes the key with him and  lost it , he assumes the costs of restoring the locker.
  8. We remind you that  fees per month are paid at the first semesterfifth day of the month. In case of interruption ,  inform the faculty immediately, otherwise you are considered an active member and must pay the fees as normal.

 

The staff, parents and students are asked to observe the above rules for the proper functioning of the school.

We believe that the implementation of these simple regulations will help us organize the school in the best possible way and raise the level of services offered.
