Gina fell in love with dance from early childhood ; a love that over the years, from young learning became teenage experimentation, and ultimately led to the immersion in the theory and practice of Dance by obtaining a series of diplomas in the English system, both of the ISTD, and of the RAD, under the instruction of V.Bartsouli, A.Theodosiadou, S.Garrard, J.Adams etc. She has studied for several years the Russian system, under the direction of K.&M.Vandorou. She has also attended teachings by I.Metsi, L.Erenidi, N.Gkika etc. Since 1998, she teaches Modern Dance and Ballet, mainly to amateur dance students of all levels as well as to a professional level. She has extensive experience teaching dance for Kindergarten and early childhood children. Her long involvement with dance allowed her to expand into various dance related subjects, like those of Dance Movement Therapy, BMC, and the Pilates Technique, by attaining the relevant training. She is a versatile professional dance teacher, who apart from the family of two children who sustains, and the hours she actually invests in teaching dance to her young dance students, she is in parallel involved with choreographing for the schools she works in, as well as curating kinesiology for theatrical performances. Since 2005 she works in the F.Evangelinos dance school and since 2014 in Athens College.
