She was born in Athens. At 1989, she graduated from Greek State School of Dancing with grade A as a dancer, a dance teacher and a choreographer.

At 1994, she finished her studies at the department of Physical Education and Sport Science with grade A and specialization at Rhythmic gymnastics.

From 1989-2022, she has the dance diplomas from foreign academies: Adv 2 Modern theatre- ISTD with distinction, Adv 2 Imperial Ballet- ISTD with distinction, Adv 2 Classical ballet- RAD with commented, Adv Flamenco- Sociadad Ballet Espaniol with distinction.

She also has the teaching diplomas from foreign academies: Fellowship in Modern theatre ISTD, Licentiate in Imperial ballet ISTD, Teaching diploma classical ballet RAD specialized in the teaching of children.

From 2006 to today, she is an ISTD examiner in Modern Theatre ISTD and Tutor in Modern theatre and Imperial ballet in all the lessons that are included in the program of education for teachers.

For the period 1989-2000, she was a principal dancer for dance groups and television programs such as: «Πειραματικό μπαλέτο Αθηνών Γ. Μέτσης», «Αίρεσις» modern dance group, «Ναυσικά» modern dance group, dance group of «Σίσσυ Στεφανάτου», «Arroyo» flamenco group, and many more.

From 1996 to today she is a head teacher at the Dance School Fokas Evangelinos for the professional classes of modern and classical ballet ISTD.
